When you spend over $250, you get to choose 1 FREE item from our NBM 2021 Collection! To get your free item, first make sure your cart totals more than $250, add any product from the collection to your cart, and then input the code WBW21! The lowest priced collection item will drop off your total.

What should I do if I don't see gifts added to my order?
What if my code doesn't work?
Make sure that the dollar value of your order is greater than or equal to $250 before adding your free item (not including taxes, shipping, or gift cards). Next, add your free item, then apply the code. Please note that the lowest priced item from the collection will drop off your total, regardless of when you added it to your cart.
What if you run out of a certain incentive item before my order is filled?
Supplies are very limited. If we run out of any incentives, we reserve the right to replace with an item of comparable value. If we do not have a comparable item in stock, we will issue a voucher (gift card) to come back and shop when we have a comparable item in stock.
What size tank, sweatshirt, and lounge set will I receive?
Our team will choose which size to include based on the size selections in the rest of your order. If you would like to request a size, you may add that in the notes section (“special instructions for seller”) of your order. This section is available before you click the Check Out button and will NOT show on your order confirmation. If there’s no note, we’ll choose for you!
What if I don't see notes in my order confirmation?
Your notes will NOT show up on your order confirmation. But don't worry, mama! Our fulfillment team will still see them when they pick and ship your order.
Does this include gift cards?
You can still purchase gift cards this week, but only shipped merchandise purchases qualify you for your tier incentive level.
I placed multiple orders this week. Can I combine them to get the incentives?

I need my order in a hurry. What should I do?
We are excited about these WBW offers, too! Please be patient with processing and shipping times. During busy weeks like this, we will be unable to prioritize orders. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for your order to ship.
What if I need to return something from my order?
If you received free items as part of a promotion and are requesting a refund from that order, please return the promotional items as well. If you do not include your promotional items, we retain the right to deduct the retail amount of those items from your refund. For exchanges and store credit, we ask that your dollar spend stays within the same tier as your WBW purchase.
