Customers may request an exchange or store credit for 90 days from the date of fulfillment, and 30 days from the date of fulfillment for refunds (15 days for swimwear if requesting a refund). Last Chance/Final Sale, Outlet, and Customized items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. Please note, Instant Exchanges, Exchanges, and Shop Now options are not considered new orders and are, therefore, not part of any current promotions.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Items must be unworn, in new condition, and unwashed.
  • Swimwear must have hygienic liner intact. Include all applicable belts, headbands, etc. in your return package. Stud earrings must be unworn. 
  • To support our small business, consider requesting an exchange or store credit rather than a refund.
  • Returns are subject to inspection; note that we may not accept returns that are washed, damaged, stained, have pet hair on them, or smell of perfume, deodorant, or other strong odors. 
  • Package clothing in an appropriate polymailer, such as the mailer it came in.
  • Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • All returns are subject to a return shipping fee; it will be deducted from your total for refunds and store credits. It will be charged at time of request for exchanges.
  • Instant Exchanges, Exchanges, and Shop Now options are not considered new orders and are, therefore, not part of any current promotions.
  • If we made a mistake with your order, we will cover shipping. Please select the appropriate reason when returning.
  • See Notes below regarding purchases made during a promotion.

How the process works: 

  • You will need the first six-digits of your order number and the shipping zip code used to place the order.
  • Once completed, you will be able to print a system-generated USPS shipping label that is prepaid for the item(s) you have selected. This will be emailed to you. 
  • Please affix the label to the outside of your package and send it back to us within 28 days (14 days for Instant Exchanges). No need to take it to the post office!
  • After 28 days your shipping label will expire and the return will need to be submitted again.

Return Options/Notes:
  • Instant Exchange: This is a great option when you just want to change color or size. Your new exchange order is placed immediately; this helps you get your items faster and makes sure that your items are in stock. When you choose "Instant Exchange", we will put a temporary hold on your credit card for $1.00 until we receive your unwanted items (kind of like booking a hotel). As long as you use our system-generated return label and put your return in the mail within 14 days of submitting your exchange, you will not be charged for your returned item! Instant Exchanges cannot be modified, refunded, or cancelled.
  • Exchange: This can be for a different style than what you originally purchased. There is no credit card hold. Your item is not pulled from inventory until our system-generated return label is scanned by USPS.
  • Store Credit: Issued after our system-generated return label is scanned by USPS. Shop anytime--our store credits do not expire!
  • Refund: Your original payment method will be refunded once your return is processed by our staff. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process.
Promotion Notes:
If you purchased a Create Your Own Bundle and would like to return an item within the bundle, you will receive the discounted price for that item, as reflected on your order. For example, if you purchased a Basics Bundle of 3/4 Sleeve Scoop Neck/Boyfriend Tee/Ribbed Tank for $74.10, and wanted to return the Ribbed Tank, your refund, exchange, or store credit value would be $20.80. The same style may be exchanged for size or color, but exchanging for any other items offered in the bundle is not considered an even exchange.

If you purchased during a BUY X, GET Y promotion or discounted collection with code, the discounted amount (or value of the free item) will be proportionally distributed across all items in your order. For example, if you purchased a $70 dress, a $10 belt, and received a free tank valued at $20, your refund, exchange, or store credit value would be $56 for the dress, $8 for the belt, and $16 for the tank. The best option would be to return your discounted or free item for a simple size or color exchange.

If you received free items from a "free gift with purchase" promotion and are requesting a refund for that order, please return the promotional items as well. If you do not include your promotional items, we will issue store credit instead of a refund. If your purchase is from a tiered sale and your refund drops you below your original tier, you will not be entitled to new promotional items from one of the lower tiers. If you would like an exchange or store credit, and are staying in the same spend incentive tier, there is no need to return your free items. The promotional items may not be returned or exchanged.
