Returns and Exchanges

We understand that returns and exchanges happen and we have simplified the process for you!

Orders that are returned within 30 days of purchase will be fully refunded. After 30 days, you will receive a gift card for the purchase amount.

 

We just have a few simple requests:

We ask that all clothing is returned in its original condition. Please package it well and be respectful that we are a small, low inventory company. Your return or exchange will most likely find a home with another mama, so please help us save time and please preserve the original packaging of the clothing as much as possible. 

Please note that shipping fees are non refundable. 

Unless you received the wrong item or the clothing was damaged or defective in some way, we ask that you pay the return shipping costs.  

Last, but not least, we ask that you give us another try. Please reach out to us (returns@latchedmama.com) and we can talk through the current styles and sizes available. We strive to have a style and size to fit everyone's nursing and fashion needs. If we don't have something you like, we want to know about it. That feedback is crucial to our development and our goal to support all breastfeeding and pumping moms. We'd love to help you find something that you do love and makes your nursing relationship even more magical! 

- If you would like to start an exchange or return, please fill out the return/exchange form and send your return to the address below. If you have received a piece of clothing that is damaged in some way- please reach out via email or phone call ASAP so we may pull a new one from inventory for you.
