Latch & Grow includes 16 short lessons (about 7 minutes each), designed to fit into busy mom life and be easy to return to when you need them.

• Feeding cues and comfortable positions
• Troubleshooting common challenges like soreness and supply concerns
• Pumping, returning to work, and traveling
• Weaning with confidence
