Most orders are shipping within 72 hours of your order- this is one of those moments where we will under promise and hope to over deliver. We are known for our fast shipping and order turn around and many time orders will ship the same day that they are placed. Please reach out to us if the specific time frame in which you need to receive your order is within 5 days of placing the order.
In most cases we use USPS Priority Mail- we are in Virginia and from what we have learned, from Ohio east, that normally means a shipping time of 2 days. From Ohio west, and rural locations, it will take three days to receive your order.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Provided you entered a correct email address at checkout, you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships.
My tracking number doesn't seem to be working.
USPS has one of the worst tracking systems in the industry- and honestly they don't seem to care much about making it any better. There is a chance that your order will be scanned once at our local post office, and then not again until it gets to your door. If you're worried or concerned, don't hesitate to reach out. Most of the time, it is just a wait and see situation and the order will arrive in the expected 2-3 days.
What does "one day shipping" mean?
For "one day shipping" orders we will send them out same day if the order is placed by 3:00pm EST. The order will be shipped using Priority Mail Express- this normally means it will be delivered within 24-48 hours once received by the post office. The USPS goal is 24 hours, however during the holiday season, this does turn into 48 hours for many shipments west of Ohio or rural locations. You order will be moved to the front of our queue though, so on a busy week or the height of the holiday season it could perhaps save 2-3 days of processing/shipping time.
What about my gift card?
If you don't receive your gift card via email within a couple of hours of checkout, feel free to reach out to us (email@example.com). We will verify your email address. Sometimes the gift cards can get "flagged" in the system and we will need to manually fulfill them (which is only a click of a button on this side for us).
