What if I don't see notes in my order confirmation?
Your notes will NOT show up on your order confirmation. But don't worry, mama! Our fulfillment team will still see them when they pick and ship your order.
I placed multiple orders during this promotion. Can they be combined?
During high volume times such as this, we are unable to combine orders at a customer's request; this process can result in errors, so we ask that you take your time creating your cart to reduce the number of small orders that you place. We reserve the right to decide when to combine orders at our discretion.
Does this include gift cards?
You can still purchase gift cards this month, but only shipped merchandise purchases (prior to taxes and discounts) count towards the $150 minimum for the free bundle.
I need my order in a hurry. What should I do?
We are excited about these bundles, too! Please be patient with processing and shipping times. During busy weeks like this, we will be unable to prioritize orders. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for your order to ship.
What if I need to return something from my order?
If you received free items as part of a promotion and are requesting a refund from that order, please return the promotional items as well. If you do not include your promotional items, we retain the right to deduct the retail amount of those items from your refund. For exchanges and store credit, we ask that your dollar spend stay at $150 (not including taxes and the value of your free item).
