Thanks so much for your feedback! As a small, family-owned business, we used to charge customers for the return label. As much as we would love it, unfortunately, we are unable to absorb the full cost of returns, so the new Checkout + offering has been a huge hit with customers since it saves them a lot of money on returns. We hear you though- return costs can add up!
I bought the harbor snap pullover for my daughter-in-law and she is in love with them! They are very functional, fit well, the material feels soft, and washes well. Any communication that I have had with customer service has been excellent.
