I am 5’2, 180 lbs and went with a medium. It fits really nice and comfy! I will say that I am smaller busted 38B and sometimes when nursing the top flap for modesty seems to run big for me but not a deal breaker. I also have to get really nimble to do the bathroom trick because it is more fitted throughout the legs.

As a larger woman I’ve never felt terribly comfortable in rompers but this is SO flattering and so so so comfy! It feels like pajamas and I can dress it up for work.
I am in love with this romper! It’s so soft and can be dressed up. It’s so easy to nurse my baby and I love that it has pockets. I would love to get several more if there were other colors available.
I love this romper! I call it my work pajamas because it’s nice enough to wear to work and conveniently pump but they feel like pajamas. I normally don’t love my body in rompers but this one is super flattering.
