You are welcome to use previously purchased gift cards to pay for your order. However, purchasing gift cards during the promotion will NOT count towards your order total. Free gifts are for shipped merchandise purchases only.

Unfortunately we cannot combine orders during this high volume week. Only one cup will be included per order and if you would like multiple cups or Wonder Bags you will need to place multiple orders.

If you are requesting a refund for an order placed during our WBW 2022 promotion and fall below your original spend tier, please return the promotional items as well. If you do not include your promotional items, we will issue store credit instead of a refund. If your refund drops you below your original tier, you will not be entitled to a new bag from one of the lower tiers. If you would like an exchange or store credit, and are staying in the same spend incentive tier, there is no need to return your free items. The promotional items (the bag and all of its content) will not be returnable for store credit or exchanges. Please see our returns page for more details.
