When does the Village Pub Week deal start and end?

How do I get free gifts?
You qualify for a free Village Ribbed Tank by spending $150 in shipped merchandise only (after discounts and before taxes). All orders will receive one Village swag item.
What should I do if I don't see the FREE gift or Village Ribbed Tank added to my order?
Don't worry! Free items will be added to your orders as we ship and will not show on your shipping or order confirmation. All offers are while supplies last. Supplies are limited, and we reserve the right to substitute items.
If I would like to choose my tank size, what should I do?
Since our team is automatically adding your free tank as your order ships, please don’t add that item to your cart. If you would like to request a specific size, please add the size in “Special Instructions to Seller” at checkout or you can email sales@latchedmama.com and we can add that for you!
I can’t find the book on your website; am I missing it?
You aren’t missing it! The book is available from book retailers such as Amazon, Bookshop.org, and Target. If you qualify for a free book we will add that to your order as it ships. You’re going to love it!
What are the exclusions to the 45% off discount?
The Coastline Cotton Bundle, Ribbed Nursing Bundle and Outlet items are excluded from the VILLAGE45 code.
I placed an order using a prior deal, but like a new promotion better. Can I make adjustments?
Each offer and discount is available for a limited time and cannot be combined with other offers and discounts. You may cancel your prior order to place a new order; just email sales@latchedmama.com, but inventory is not guaranteed and your new order will place you at the end of the shipping queue. Thank you for understanding!
Can I buy a gift card and have that count toward my FREE Village Ribbed Tank?
No, gift card purchases will not count toward your incentive tier. Customers reach incentive tiers via shipped merchandise purchases only. For orders with gift cards, we reserve the right to adjust your incentive tier using only your shipped merchandise total.
If you would like to buy a gift card and still qualify for free items, please place two orders (one with just the gift card and one with shipped merchandise.) You are welcome to use existing gift cards to pay for your order.
I need my order in a hurry! What should I do?
Express shipping options are not available on the website at this time. Please reach out to sales@latchedmama.com and we may be able to give you a quote to upgrade to Express Shipping.
When will my order ship?
Please allow about 6-8 business days for your order to ship. Please note that orders may not ship in the order that they were placed and books may ship separately. We will be working hard to get your order out and are excited for you to receive your order! Please see our Ordering/Shipping FAQ for additional information.

Does the FREE shipping include international shipping and Express?
Free shipping applies only to domestic orders. International and express shipping are not included.
I placed multiple orders during these deals. Can I combine them?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders during this time. For any tiered incentives, each order will stand on its own and you will receive the free item(s) you qualify for in each order.
I made a mistake on my order. What can I do? Also, I have questions about returns!
A little patience and planning helps a ton! Please double check your items, sizes (XXS or XS is the default size on the website), color, shipping address, application of any discount code, etc. before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change, please email sales@latchedmama.com and we will be happy to assist you.
I'd like to process a return during this event. Does my exchange count as part of this deal?
No, exchanges and "Shop now with credit" are NOT considered new orders, and are not eligible for promotions. However, you may request store credit in our Returns portal, and could have that in hand to shop the website and access this promotion when you place a new order.
