This year's event will be BIGGER and BETTER than ever with up to 80% OFF select bump, breastfeeding, and baby wearing-friendly styles, deeply discounted accessories, never before seen samples, must-have unicorns, and so much MORE!
But that's not all! This is SO much more than just a super sale- it's a day dedicated to celebrating YOU! So once you're done shopping, be sure to stick around for even more fun and excitement PERFECT for entertaining the whole family!

Tickets and dinner before the game will be complimentary for those who submitted an RSVP, and we will have our own private section reserved so you can go NUTS with your favorite community of mamas!

Do I need to RSVP or reserve a ticket to attend the Customer Appreciation Event + Sidewalk Sale at the Latched Mama Warehouse?
No! We know committing can be hard. We are requesting an RSVP just so we can get an accurate headcount and make sure we have enough goodies for everyone. If you decide to attend the Customer Appreciation Event + Sidewalk Sale at the last minute, you are welcome! You do not need a ticket to attend the Customer Appreciation + Sidewalk Sale event. :)
However, you WILL need to reserve a ticket ahead of time if you plan on attending the Flying Squirrels game with us Saturday evening. You can submit your RSVP here. Do I need to pay for admission to the Squirrels Game? How do I choose my seats and get tickets?
NO, Baseball tickets and Buffet Dinner are complimentary with your RSVP as a way of saying THANK YOU for your support! However, they are first come first served, so submit your RSVP early to guarantee your tickets.
Children 3 years and under do not need a ticket for entry to the Diamond. We have requested blocks of seats behind home plate and high netting. Ticket confirmation will be provided via email and tickets provided at check in at the Sidewalk Sale between 10 am and 4 pm ET.

Who are the Flying Squirrels? What can I expect before and during the game?
The Richmond Flying Squirrels are a local Double-A minor league baseball team, affiliated with the San Francisco Giants. The food pavilion, Pregame Tailgate, is outdoors attached to the stadium parking lot. A complimentary buffet will be available 90 minutes before the game, with a little playground in that area for kids. We will have blocks of field level seats for families that have submitted an RSVP. Once the game starts, the playground will be open a little longer, but the food will be removed and the pavilion will shut down as guests move to their seats. Prior to the first pitch there are usually fan related activities on the field. Fireworks will begin at the end of the game.
When do I need to RSVP for the Flying Squirrels tickets by?
We strongly encourage you to RSVP as soon as you are able in order to reserve your Flying Squirrels Baseball tickets as this is on a first come, first served basis. Where is parking for the sidewalk sale? Squirrels game?
The Sidewalk Sale parking will be at the Latched Mama Warehouse located at 2935 Oak Lake Blvd Midlothian, VA 23112. There is a dedicated parking lot in front, along with several other connecting lots nearby. We will have an attendant directing traffic to the customer parking areas as our business neighbors have approved parking in their spaces for the event. Employee/Vendor parking will be blocked off with traffic cones.

What activities will be available at the Sidewalk Sale?
Chris Michael Magic will perform 10:30 am - 12 pm
Face Painting available 11 am - 1 pm
PLUS a Bounce House, DJ, Balloon Artist, and Photo Booth!
Will there be any CLC's or Babywearing educators available?
Yes! Certified Lactation Consultants will be available for support and education for the entire event. A babywearing educator will be available from 1 to 3 pm.
Will there be a bathroom or changing room available at the Sidewalk Sale?
Yes, we will have outdoor changing rooms available for trying on clothes. Restroom trailers will be available outside as well.
Will food and drinks be available at the Sidewalk Sale?
YES! We will have complimentary beverages, ice cream and snacks: coffee from Early Bird Cafe 9:30 - 11:30 am, also Granny's Ice Cream and Popcorn 1 - 3 pm. For customers staying at the warehouse for lunch, Happy Arapas Food Truck will be available for you to purchase food.
How will you stock deals, merchandise, giveaways at the sidewalk sale?
We want to emphasize that this event is a Customer Appreciation Day with so many fun opportunities for community, connection, education and support! That being said we will restock unicorns and highly sought after items throughout the day and not everything will be set out at once in the am! So not to fear if you arrive later in the day or afternoon! More details to come on possible giveaways and partnerships with other brands.
What is the menu for the Buffet before the Flying Squirel's Game?
The Diamond is providing the food in the Pregame Tailgate from 4:30 - 6:05 pm at the start of the game. The following menu will be COMPLIMENTARY to all guests that have submitted an RSVP: Hot Dogs, Baked Chicken, Hamburgers, Pulled Pork, Garden Salad, Macaroni & Cheese, Coleslaw, Cookies, Pepsi Products.
If you have dietary concerns or restrictions, please contact the Flying Squirrels staff with specific questions. Concessions are also available inside the stadium and you can check out their A-Z Guide for more details.
Will food and drinks be available during the baseball game?
YES! The Diamond offers many options of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and concessions. Check out their What's on Tap and A-Z Guide for more info!
How baby and stroller friendly is the Squirrels Baseball Stadium?
Very! As Mama's ourselves, we know how scary those fast-flying baseballs can be with little ones! That's why we've sectioned off seats that have netting protection from those pop-up foul and fly balls! So no need to bring a helmet!
The complimentary buffet will be located at ground level, at the Pregame Tailgate, connecting to the parking lot. After dinner, stadium access is provided by a ramp with stairs that connects the food pavilion to the Right Field sections of the stadium. Wheel chair and stroller access is provided by elevators at the main entrance to the stadium behind home plate, just a short walk away on Arthur Ashe Blvd. Here is a map with a stadium seating chart. Once inside the stadium, strollers can be parked at the top of each seating section. Items left here are at your own risk and will not be attended by Latched Mama or Flying Squirrels employees. Baby wearing is always encouraged and there is some room at the seat level for personal belongings (purse, diaper bag, etc). Feel free to browse the Diamond's A-Z Guide for more stadium details!
