No worries! Our awesome fulfillment team will ship the stocking stuffer, personal note, and any in-stock items prior to your pre-sale item.
Do I need a code?
No codes needed to access this great deal! This deal does not combine with other offers.
I placed an order using a prior deal, but like a new promotion better. Can I make adjustments?
Each offer and discount is available for a limited time and cannot be combined with other offers and discounts. You may cancel your prior order to place a new order; just email sales@latchedmama.com, but inventory is not guaranteed and your new order will place you at the end of the shipping queue. Thank you for understanding!
When will my order ship?
This is a very busy season for us so please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship. NOTE: We will automatically split your order if it includes a pre-sale item. We will ship in-stock merchandise, your stocking stuffer, and personal note first. Your pre-sale item will ship in late Dec./early Jan. Please note that orders may not ship in the order that they were placed. We will be working hard to get your order out and are excited for you to receive your order! I need my order in a hurry! What should I do?
Express shipping options are not available on the website at this time. You may reach out to sales@latchedmama.com for a quote to upgrade to Express Shipping or discuss options.
I placed multiple orders this week. Can I combine them?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders during this high volume time. Thanks for understanding!
I made a mistake on my order. What can I do?
A little patience and planning helps a ton! Please double check your items, sizes (XXS or XS is the default size on the website), color, shipping address, application of any discount code, etc. before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change, please email sales@latchedmama.com and we will be happy to assist you.

No, exchanges and "Shop now with credit" are NOT considered new orders, and are not eligible for promotions. However, you may request store credit in our Returns portal, and could have that in hand to shop the website and access this promotion when you place a new order.
