I don’t see my free accessories in my order. How do I make sure I receive the accessories?
No worries! Our awesome fulfillment team will add those as we ship! Free clothing will need to be added via the ticker. See details below!
How do I add my free clothing to my cart?
Start building your cart with all of your future faves; the ticker at the top of your cart will tell you when you have qualified or how far away you are from the next tier; spend totals are before taxes and shipping.
Once the ticker is flashing, click on the flashing icon, and select your free item in the dropdown menu. Click Pick, then Continue to go back to your cart.
You should see a checkmark next to your freebie.
We suggest completing your cart first, then selecting your free items, but the tool is pretty flexible if you want to add your freebies as you shop!Important: Don’t forget to add your free items using the ticker (not via the item's product page)- all free clothing must be added to your cart in order to receive them in your order.
Can I add my free incentives by going to their product pages and adding them to my cart?
No, in order for the tool to work correctly and for your freebies to be free, please use the steps shown above and add your free product using the flashing ticker.
Tip: Visit the product page first to check the size chart, product info, and colors before using the flashing ticker to make your selection.
Why is my ticker not flashing?
Make sure you have the proper amount of product spend in your cart before taxes and shipping. If your ticker isn’t flashing, that means you need to add more items to your cart to qualify for an incentive tier.
Do I need a code?
No codes needed, but be sure to use the ticker at the top of your cart. This deal does not combine with other offers or promo codes. If you add a code at checkout, that code-based deal will become your chosen offer and your freebies will no longer be free.
Can I buy a gift card and have that count toward my incentive tier?I placed an order using a prior deal, but like a new promotion better. Can I make adjustments?
No, gift card purchases will not count toward your incentive tier. Customers reach incentive tiers via shipped merchandise purchases only. For orders with gift cards, we reserve the right to adjust your incentive tier using only your shipped merchandise total.
If you would like to buy a gift card and still qualify for free items, please place two orders (one with just the gift card and one with shipped merchandise.) You are welcome to use existing gift cards to pay for your order.
When will my order ship?
This is a very busy season for us so please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to ship. NOTE: ALL ORDERS THAT INCLUDE ITEMS FROM OUR NEW RELEASE COLLECTION WILL START SHIPPING BEGINNING THE FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER. Please note that orders may not ship in the order that they were placed. We will be working hard to get your order out and are excited for you to receive your order! Please see our Ordering/Shipping FAQ for additional information.
I need my order in a hurry! What should I do?
Express shipping options are not available on the website at this time. After Cyber Monday, we may be able to offer Express Shipping. Beginning Tuesday, December 3, you may reach out to sales@latchedmama.com for a quote to upgrade to Express Shipping.
I placed multiple orders this week. Can I combine them?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders during this high volume time. For any tiered incentives, each order will stand on its own and you will receive the free item(s) you qualify for in each order.
I made a mistake on my order. What can I do?
A little patience and planning helps a ton! Please double check your items, sizes (XXS or XS is the default size on the website), color, shipping address, application of any discount code, etc. before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change, please email sales@latchedmama.com and we will be happy to assist you.

I'd like to process a return during this event. Does my exchange count as part of this deal?
No, exchanges and "Shop now with credit" are NOT considered new orders, and are not eligible for promotions. However, you may request store credit in our Returns portal, and could have that in hand to shop the website and access this promotion when you place a new order.
What if I need to return something from my order?

I received one of your cute patches. How do I apply it?
Preheat iron for 5 minutes (no steam) on cotton setting. Place the patch on your item, then place a t-shirt or thin tea towel over the patch. Using the iron, apply firm, even pressure on the patch for about 30 seconds. Keep the iron moving to avoid burning the fabric. Turn your item inside out and iron the back of the patch for about 30 seconds. Check adhesion. If needed, repeat steps and reapply heat for a few more seconds. Let the patch and item cool for a few minutes.
