I don’t see my “surprise gift with $24.99+ purchase” in my order. How do I make sure I receive my freebie?
No worries! Our awesome fulfillment team will add those as we ship!
Do I need a code?
No codes needed, but this deal does not combine with other offers or promo codes.
How do I add my free incentives to my cart?
Start building your cart with all of your future faves; the ticker at the top of your cart will tell you when you have qualified for an incentive tier or how far away you are from the next tier.
Once the ticker is flashing, click on the Ribbed Tank, for example, and select your color and size in the dropdown menu. Click Pick, then Continue to go back to your cart.
You want the flashing ticker to have a checkmark next to your freebie.
We suggest completing your cart first, then selecting your free items, but the tool is pretty flexible if you want to add your freebies as you shop! Important: Don’t forget to add your free items using the ticker! We will only add your surprise gift (for orders $24.99+) automatically; all other freebies must be added to your cart.
Can I add my free incentives by going to their product pages and adding them to my cart?
No, in order for the tool to work correctly and for your freebies to be free, please use the steps shown above and add your free product using the flashing ticker.
Tip: visit the Ribbed Tank, Snuggle Up, and Trailblazer Hoodie product pages first to check size charts, product info, and color choices before using the flashing ticker.
Why is my ticker not flashing?
To reach each incentive tier, you must have $75/$175/$300 worth of product in your cart before taxes and shipping. If your ticker isn’t flashing, that means you need to add more items to your cart to qualify for an incentive tier.
Can I buy a gift card and have that count toward my incentive tier?
No. Gift card purchases will not count toward your incentive tier. Customers reach incentive tiers via shipped merchandise purchases only. For orders with gift cards, we reserve the right to adjust your incentive tier using only your shipped merchandise total.
If you would like to buy a gift card and qualify for free items, please place two orders (one with just the gift card and one with shipped merchandise.) You are welcome to use existing gift cards to pay for your order.
Does the Mother’s Day Celebration include Gift Cards?
You are welcome to use existing gift cards to pay for your order. Customers reach incentive tiers via shipped merchandise purchases only.
When will my order ship?
We are excited about these Mother’s Day Celebration offers, too! Please expect longer shipping and processing times - our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee Mother’s Day arrival. We are a small, mom-run company and during exciting, high volume times like the holidays, we can get behind. Please note that orders may not necessarily ship in the order that they were placed. We will be working hard to get your order out and are excited for you to receive your order!

I placed multiple orders this week. Can I combine them?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders during this high volume time. For your tiered incentives, each order will stand on its own and you will receive the free item(s) you qualify for in each order.
I made a mistake on my order. What can I do?
A little patience and planning helps a ton! Please double check your items, sizes (XXS or XS is the default size on the website), color, shipping address, application of any discount code, etc. before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change, please email sales@latchedmama.com and we will be happy to assist you.

I'd like to process a return during Mother’s Day Celebration, does my exchange count as a Mother’s Day Celebration order?
No, exchanges and "Shop now with credit" are NOT considered new orders, and are not eligible for the Mother’s Day Celebration promotion. However, you may request store credit in our Returns portal (hyperlink), and could have that in hand to shop the website and access Mother’s Day Celebration promotion when you place a new order.
What if I need to return something from my order?
The value of your free item(s) will be proportionally distributed across all items in your order. For example, if you purchased a $70 dress, a $10 belt, and received a free tank valued at $20, your refund, exchange, or store credit value would be $56 for the dress, $8 for the belt, and $16 for the tank. The best option would be to return your free item for a simple size or color exchange. Please see our RETURNS PAGE for more details.
