For our VIP customers, Black Friday shopping begins Tuesday, 11/21 at 10:30am ET!
All other customers may shop starting Wednesday, 11/22 at 8am ET. At that time, prices will be automatically discounted 30% off sitewide until Sunday, 11/26 at 11:59PM PT.
Please note: If you are not a VIP, but purchase before Wednesday, 11/22 at 8am ET, your products will be at full price with no price adjustments.
We have so many awesome new things coming your way! New product will drop on Tuesday, 11/21/23.
VIP promotions will begin at 10:30am ET. Please note above dates and times for customers’ access to Black Friday deals.

Why should I become a VIP? How can I sign up?
VIPs get early access to new product and special savings during our BFCM promotions.

I have been receiving your awesome text messages for a while now. Am I a VIP?
Yes! You will receive the same VIP deals as those who sign up now.
Can I become a VIP during the sale?
We understand that life happens! If you join after Friday, 11/17, you will still be able to access the VIP deals offered, but there may be a lag time between signing up and receiving VIP deals. For example, if you join the VIP list on Wednesday, 11/22, you will be eligible to receive the VIP deal on Friday, 11/24, but not the 40% off deal on Tuesday, 11/21.
How can I get 30% off my order?
Starting Wednesday, 11/22 at 8am ET, prices will be automatically discounted 30% off sitewide until Sunday, 11/26 at 11:59PM PT. You may see some price and product fluctuations prior to 8am as we are updating our website. Please wait to purchase until Wednesday, 11/22 at 8am ET or you will not receive the anticipated discount and we cannot offer price adjustments at this time.
Do I need a code?
There is no code needed for the 30% off discount starting Wednesday, 11/22 or other general offers during BFCM. Codes will be needed for VIP offers. Fill your cart with our life-changing clothing and accessories and get ready to enjoy!
When will my order ship?
We are excited about these Black Friday offers, too! Please be patient with shipping and processing times - our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee holiday arrival. We are a small, mom-run company and during exciting, high volume times like the holidays, we can get behind. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. Please note that orders may not necessarily ship in the order that they were placed. We will be working hard to get your order out and are excited for you to receive your goodies! I need my order in a hurry! What should I do?
After Cyber Monday, we may be able to offer Express Shipping. Beginning Tuesday, 11/28, you may reach out to sales@latchedmama.com for a quote to upgrade to Express Shipping. Please see our Holiday Shipping Guide for more details
What do I do if I don't see gifts added to order?
Don't worry! If you qualify for free gifts, they will be added to your orders as we ship and will not show on your shipping or order confirmation. All offers are while supplies last. Supplies are limited, and we reserve the right to substitute items.
I placed multiple orders this week. Can I combine them?
Unfortunately we cannot combine orders during this high volume time.
Does the FREE Cyber Monday shipping include international shipping and Express?
Free shipping applies only to domestic orders. International and express shipping are not included.
Can I combine codes?
The only time during our BFCM 2023 promotions two codes may be combined is for a VIP member on Cyber Monday. On Cyber Monday, the VIP member may combine their VIP Exclusive code with the General Offer code. Otherwise, no other offers may be combined at any time.

I placed an order Tuesday, but like Saturday’s promo. Can I make adjustments?
Each offer and discount is available for a limited time and cannot be combined with other offers and discounts. You may cancel your order from earlier in the week to place a new order; just email sales@latchedmama.com, but inventory is not guaranteed. We want to be as transparent as possible to allow you to plan, but we will also be rolling out fun surprises for VIPs all week long. Join the VIP list for the best offers!
Please add this preference to your notes and we will try to honor your request if possible.
The notes section (“special instructions for seller”) of your order is available before you click the Check Out button and will NOT show on your order confirmation.
What if I don't see notes in my order confirmation?
Your notes will NOT show up on your order confirmation. But don't worry, mama! Our fulfillment team will still see them when they pick and ship your order.
Do the BFCM promotions include Gift Cards?
You are welcome to use existing gift cards to pay for your order. However, gift cards will not be included in the sitewide discount or as part of other promotions. Free gifts are for shipped merchandise purchases only.
I made a mistake on my order. What can I do?
A little patience and planning helps a ton! Please double check your items, sizes (XXS or XS is the default size on the website), color, shipping address, application of any discount code, etc. before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change, please email sales@latchedmama.com and we will be happy to assist you.
When does this promotion start and end?
Our Black Friday deals begin with our VIP shopping Tuesday, 11/21 and vary through Sunday, 11/26 at 11:59pm PT. Cyber Monday deals begin Monday, 11/27 8am ET and end 11/27 at 11:59pm PT. We reserve the right to end these promotions at any time and all offers are while supplies last.

What if I need to return something from my order?
If you received “free gift with purchase” items such as Black Friday Swag Bag and are requesting a refund for that order, please return the promotional items as well. If you do not include your promotional items, we will issue store credit instead of a refund. The promotional items may not be returned or exchanged. Please see our returns page for more details.
If I process a return during BFCM, will exchange count as a BFCM order?
No, exchanges and "Shop now with credit" are NOT considered new orders, and are not eligible for the BFCM promotions. You may request store credit in our Returns portal leading up to BFCM, so that you have that in hand when the deals start!
