Holiday Shipping FAQ 2023
We are so excited about our Black Friday/Cyber Monday offers! Please be patient with shipping and processing times - our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee holiday arrival. We are a small, mom-run company and during exciting, high volume times like the holidays, we can get behind. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. Please note that orders may not necessarily ship in the order that they were placed. We will be working hard to get your order out and are excited for you to receive your goodies!
**During BFCM promotions, Express Shipping will not be available at check out. However, after Cyber Monday, we may be able to offer Express Shipping. Beginning Tuesday, 11/28, you may reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote to upgrade to Express Shipping.**
We know the holidays are right around the corner, and everyone is excited to receive their orders. During this busy time of year we have team members working around the clock to pick and ship your orders - sometimes with babies in tow! While you wait, remember to be kind to others, give yourself and others some grace, and find magic in unexpected moments. And, remind yourself there is a lot of joy and love to experience. We love you all so very much!

- Please leave a telephone number when you place your order. We will reach out in the chance there is an inventory issue.
- Please double check the delivery address and email address. If you do not receive an order confirmation after you place your order, check your junk mail folder, but most likely your email address was entered wrong at checkout. Please reach out to us at email@example.com if that is the case.
- We are willing to go the extra step to surprise the mom in your life (because let's be honest, one of her many "jobs" is planning surprises for everyone else). We do have the ability to send your package without any indication it is from us. Feel free to request that in the notes section at checkout.
Gift cards will be automatically emailed to the address you leave at checkout.
