Good during birth, but didn't last long after

The dress is so comfortable, and worked great for my labor and delivery. Every nurse who saw me complimented how cute it was.
I had an epidural and the open back was great. The ties in the bottom were nice for moving around, and the button in front works nice for nursing. However I wanted to keep it for any future deliveries and was wearing it post partum because it's so comfy. It's been washed maybe 4 times and it's falling apart. The back of the dress is disinteresting. I'm so disappointed

Hi Taylor! Thanks for bringing this to our attention! That is not up to Latched Mama standards and we would love to make this right for you! Please send us an email at :)

So soft and comfy! Can’t wait to use this for the hospital in a few weeks!

Beautiful! would love to see available in cotton

I bought this dress a year ago to have for the birth of my son, and I loved how soft and flattering it was postpartum as well. But shortly after using for nursing the snap pulled through the fabric. I would love if you could make this in cotton, still a soft fabric but sturdier and holds up better for the repeated washings that ensue as a new mom. A year later the softness has worn to being rougher and pilling. I really like this dress but if I were to buy again I'd love to get it in cotton. I think it would solve the snap pulling through issue as well. Thank you for making affordable and cute nursing wear ^_^

Had such high hopes

I love l love the looks of this, was super excited. I took it out of the package and put it in the washer and noticed a hole in the seams. Not sure if it was from before/after washing it. The quality isn’t super great, especially for the price.

Hi Stephanie,
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave this review. Is this hole on one of the side seams? If so, that is the hole to feed the belt through so that you can wrap and tie the dress. So hopefully it's not a defect! But please feel free to reach out to us and send us a picture of what you're seeing so we can take a look and make this right if it is damaged.

Comfy cute with some issues

I was so excited to get this labor and delivery gown in an effort to have a more positive experience than my last. Well, as they say ‘best laid plans…’ - my little one came a week early via emergency c section which was scary and traumatic, and didn’t get a chance to labor or deliver in this. I was so excited to wear this gown afterwards once I could stand and move. While the fabric is super buttery soft and the pattern is very cute, I found it tricky to put on and stay secure. The shoulders and back were a bit droopy. Also, the button to snap and unsnap for nursing was so stiff and hard to open and close that it pulled right through the fabric the first time I wore it. Now I have a hole, no snap and even droopier gown. Eventually I’ll have the energy to sew the snap back in, but postpartum ain’t the time. For now I will keep as backup nightgown for bed.

Hi Katie! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this feedback and congrats on your new addition! We'd love to make this right for you! It sounds like you may have received a defective labor gown. Please email us at so we can help.
