After seven babies, this is the first nursing clothes item that I’ve found that fits. Others gapped or were lumpy. I tied a knot in the front and tucked it under. I’m 5 ft 3.5 inches. The dress dragged on the ground a bit before washing. I’m hoping it will shrink just a little. The black is perfect for dressing up or down and also good for layering in colder weather. The armholes were a bit big, but that’s an easy alteration that I can do myself.

You can never go wrong with a 'little black dress' or maxi to versatility! We are so glad you love your Boardwalk Maxi!

Great nursing dress!

I am 5'1", 120 pounds, and I ordered the black in XXS, which is a perfect fit. I also ordered the forest green in an XS because the XXS was sold out. The XS fits well, except that it is a few inches too long, so I will need to hem it to fit just right. I haven't worn a dress since having my little one last June, because none of my existing dresses worked well for nursing, so I'm really excited to have a couple of comfy but nice looking dresses to wear this spring and summer. I haven't completely lost my belly pooch, so I love that the loose, flowly skirt allows me to feel comfortable without being too self-conscious...and it has pockets. I just wish there were more colors available in XXS!

I am 5’3 and the dress is very long on me, I trip over it if it’s not tied up but that’s on me not the dress. Other than that the dress fits perfect and looks great! I love it

The knotted look is super cute and we are so glad you love the Boardwalk Maxi as much as we do! We do make our maxis a little longer so they work for lots of different mamas and heights.
